This notice describes the data handling visible in the WebWorldMaker website code. Hosting providers, analytics providers, communications platforms, and a configured form endpoint may process additional technical data under their own contracts and notices. This page does not claim a certification or that every privacy law applies in the same way to every visitor.
1. Information you choose to submit
Contact forms may request your name, work email, phone number, organization or service interest, and message. Newsletter forms request an email address. A form is sent only when a production endpoint has been configured. If delivery fails or no endpoint exists, the interface reports the failure instead of claiming the data was stored.
2. Browser preferences stored on your device
The site can store consent choice, language, country, currency, theme, and recent site-search preferences in local storage. These values remain in your browser until you clear site data. The site does not request or store precise GPS coordinates.
3. Analytics and hosting logs
Optional analytics loads only after an affirmative consent choice. The analytics provider may receive technical information such as page path, browser or device details, referrer, and network information according to its configuration. Search telemetry records query length, word count, and result count rather than the query text. Separately, the hosting or CDN provider may create security and access logs needed to deliver the site.
4. Why data may be used
Submitted data may be used to respond to an inquiry, assess a requested engagement, deliver a requested newsletter, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. Analytics and preference data may be used to understand site reliability and usability after consent.
5. Providers, transfers, and retention
Form, hosting, analytics, email, messaging, and cloud providers may process data in different countries. Their identity, location, retention period, and contractual safeguards depend on the services configured at the time. WebWorldMaker should document these details before enabling a production endpoint and should retain personal data only for a defined business or legal need.
6. Privacy choices and requests
You can decline optional analytics, clear local site data in your browser, or ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or another right that may apply in your jurisdiction. 8. Remote service model
WebWorldMaker provides services online, by phone, WhatsApp, email, audio call, video meeting, and remote collaboration. Location pages describe virtual service coverage and do not represent public offices or walk-in locations.
